Meghan Siripurapu

Partner

Meghan Siripurapu, CFA is a Partner at Independence Point Advisors (IPA) leading Capital Markets. Meghan brings over 19 years of experience in financial services across advisory, asset management, and B2B trading solutions. She provides capital markets advice to IPA clients through leveraging her experience in debt origination, trading, and investing. At Independence Point Advisors, Meghan leads business development and strategy for Capital Markets. She also oversees IPA’s Undergraduate Community Initiative which identifies and trains underrepresented college students to successfully secure finance opportunities.

Meghan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah where she teaches courses on Finance Consulting and Investment Banking. She also advocates for diversity and educates students about career opportunities in financial services as an Ambassador at the University of Utah.  Meghan serves on the Finance Committee of the People’s Health Clinic in Park City, Utah. 

Previously, Meghan had senior roles at Meraki Global Advisors, Loomis, Sayles & Company, and Citigroup.  She graduated with a dual degree from The Wharton School and The College of Arts and Science at the University of Pennsylvania. 

Maddie Condon

Vice President

Maddie Condon joined IPA in 2024 and supports the firm’s capital markets business across DCM, ECM, and cash management, with broad sector coverage including Utilities, Consumer & Retail, and Industrials.

She previously worked in Debt Capital Markets at Barclays, where she covered Power & Utilities and Consumer & Retail clients, advising on debt issuance strategies and executing transactions across global markets, including acquisition and ESG financings. Maddie holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. In her free time, Maddie enjoys traveling, pilates, exploring museums, and supporting student mentorship initiatives.

Amanda Tracey

Associate

Amanda has been with IPA since 2024, supporting the firm’s capital markets business across DCM, ECM, and ABS clients, with a primary focus on the Financials, Autos, TMT, and Healthcare sectors. Prior to joining IPA, Amanda began her career at RBC Capital Markets supporting the Global Liability Management business. In this role she advised on refinancing and restructuring transactions for investment grade, high yield, and municipal issuers across various sectors and regions to best guide clients on managing, modifying, and optimizing debt portfolios through tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations, and open market repurchase programs. Amanda Tracey graduated from Binghamton University’s School of Management with a degree in Business Administration alongside a dual concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems. A life-long New Yorker, Amanda currently resides in Greenpoint, Brooklyn where she enjoys running, trying new restaurants, and attending comedy shows.
