Justin Snyder

Managing Director

Justin Snyder is a Managing Director in the Power and Energy Transition Investment Banking team. He focuses on asset and corporate M&A as well as equity and debt capital raises across the thermal & renewable power, battery storage and energy transition sectors. Justin joined IPA in 2026 after a ~13-year career in power and energy investment banking. He was most recently a Managing Director at Greenwich Capital Partners and held prior roles at RBC's M&A team and Citi's Global Power & Utilities group. Over his career, he has advised on more than $25 billion in transactions.

Justin holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business and a BA from Hamilton College, and he is an avid sailor, skier and squash player.

Geoff Wilson

Managing Director

Geoff Wilson is a Managing Director in the Power and Energy Transition Investment Banking Team. He focuses on advising companies and developers in the power, renewables and energy transition sectors on M&A and capital raising opportunities.

Geoff joined IPA after a 25+ year career in power and renewables investment banking with a focus on M&A, capital raising and structured finance, and including senior positions at Houlihan & Lokey, Whitehall & Company and McManus & Miles. 

Geoff holds an MBA (Honors) from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics (Honors) from Colgate University and enjoys travel, weightlifting, biking and skiing.
